1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the oribet platform, accessible via the website oribet.vu and the official oribet mobile app. This Agreement takes effect immediately upon your accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by oribet.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing your account, or using any part of the Oribet platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
• You agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set by Oribet.
• You are using this platform in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the oribet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. oribet enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage use.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• One Account: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be accurate, current, and complete.
• Non-Oribet Employees: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Oribet staff are not permitted to register a member account.

Oribet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure member eligibility is met. The KYC process requires you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your current residential address.

3Account Registration

Oribet account registration is free and takes less than two minutes to complete. During registration, you are required to provide the following information:

• Full name as shown on a valid government-issued ID
• An active and valid email address
• Valid Malaysian mobile number
• Exact date of birth
• A strong and unique password for your account

You are solely responsible for ensuring your account password is kept secure and not shared with anyone. Oribet will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.

Each phone number and email address may only be linked to a single account. If our system detects attempts to register multiple accounts using identical or similar information, oribet reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts pending investigation.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Oribet supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All financial transactions are processed through a secure, integrated payment system.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• FPX (Online Banking Transfer)
• TnG eWallet (Touch 'n Go)
• GrabPay
• Direct Bank Transfer

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• There is no universally set maximum deposit limit; however, limits may be imposed at oribet's discretion based on an account's risk profile.
• Deposited funds are for betting purposes only and may not be transferred to third parties.
• Oribet does not accept third-party deposits. Funds must come from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Oribet processes withdrawals within an average time of two minutes for FPX and e-wallet payment methods.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Oribet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal for legal compliance purposes.
• No hidden fees are charged for standard withdrawals. Fees may be levied by your own financial institution.

5Bonus & Promotions

Oribet offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion.

General Bonus Terms:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, household, IP address, and device, unless otherwise stated.
• Oribet reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being claimed fraudulently or through promotion abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the stipulated wagering requirements.
• Oribet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Betting Rules

All betting activity on the oribet platform is subject to the following rules:

• Bet Acceptance: Oribet reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at any time at its sole discretion.
• Odds: Displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds cannot be altered.
• Errors: In the event of a technical error or odds-setting mistake, oribet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the member.
• Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit software bugs, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in account closure and forfeiture of the balance.
• Live Sports Betting: In live betting (in-play), decisions made after an event has started but before the bet is confirmed may not be accepted.
• Maximum Wins: The maximum win limit per bet is subject to the platform limits set. These limits may vary by game type and market.

7Member Responsibilities

As an Oribet member, you have responsibilities to uphold throughout your membership:

• Multiple account ownership by the same individual.
• Requests or demands from relevant legal authorities.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, oribet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining credit balance in that account. For account closures requested by the member, any valid balance will be returned following the required verification process.

10Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Oribet platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption, Oribet does not guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from technical errors.

Oribet is not liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• Errors in displayed information arising from software bugs.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses under any circumstances.

11Changes to Terms

Oribet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

We will endeavour to notify members of material changes via:

• In-platform notifications upon login
• Email to the address registered to your account
• Updates to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document

Continued use of the Oribet platform after changes are published means you accept and agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and stop using the platform.
